How Do I make the Payments for my Orders?

Please find listed below the various modes by which you can make your payments:

 

1. ONLINE PAYMENTS:

Purchases made on www.amyrah.co can be paid for through our EBS Online Payment Gateway. A few Debit Card, Net Banking and Cash Card payment options are currently available. Credit Card and other Net Banking options will be integrated soon.

 

Once you have completed the Checkout Process and click on the ‘Make Payment’ button you will be taken to the EBS website to select your payment method and complete your payment. On completion, you will be redirected back to ww.amyrah.co

2. OFFLINE PAYMENTS:

What’s so special about an a.myrah garment?

Fabric that exhibits the right character for the garment style used gives a.myrah the perfect base to create a garment that makes the user feel special. Subtle embellishments, texturing techniques and embroidery enhance the garment. A Silhouette is adopted after detailed studies ensure that the fit matches the look. An a.myrah garment is made to near-perfect standards of finish.

 

What fabric do you use?

We use only fabrics that are made from natural fibres. They are silk, cotton, linen, and blends thereof. Before any fabric is chosen, it is extensively tested for its appropriateness in use.

 

What embellishments do you use?

Appliqué: a fabric cut-out fastened onto the body of the garment.

Pleat/mini pleat: A fold in cloth made by doubling material on itself. The smallest pleat (mini pleat) has a 1 mm fold.

Hem-stitch: A ladder-type stitch used to join 2 pieces of fabric together as a styling element in lieu of a regular seam.

 

Do your silk garments need to be Dry-cleaned always or only the first time?

Our wash care label is applicable for the complete life of the garment.

 

If none of your sizes fit me, could you make a custom-made size for me?
If you need a special size, please fill in the measurent form and mail back to us along with your order.

 

Do you have a choice of sleeve length?

The sleeve options offered are mentioned next to each product. If you have a special request, kindly e-mail us.

 

Are your fabrics non-iron?

Our fabrics iron very easily but they are not non-iron. This is because most non-iron treatments use a chemical coating on the fabric and we prefer to keep our fabrics as chemical-free as possible.

 

FAQ: Delivery & Returns

What are your delivery charges?

We charge as little as possible for delivery.

International orders will be charged Rs.1000/- as Shipping Cost per order. A single order cannot exceed 5 pieces.

Shipping within India is Free if the consignment weighs upto 3 kgs. Above that, freight will be charged at Rs 50/- per kg. 

 

Can I order over the telephone?

Yes you can, but please note that most of our offers are web-based only. If you wish to place your order via telephone please call: +91 90477 14331.

 

I've placed my order online but have made a mistake. What can I do?

 Please note: we aim to start the order process after receipt of 100% advance payment.

 

What is your delivery time?

We aim to dispatch all items ordered within 2 weeks from the date of the receipt of payment. If you require this to be delivered after 2 weeks, please ensure you choose this shipping option at checkout.

 

What is your returns policy?

We offer an easy, no-questions asked returns policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase just return it to us within 10 days in an unsed condition in the original bag that it came in. Trying on the garment to check it's fit is fine.

 

How do I return an item?

Please send the item back to us by SPEEDPOST only and mail us the docket number of the consignment.

 

How long do refunds take?

Once we've received the item your refund will be back with you within fourteen working days.
